On line application: Fill out online franchise application form, we will review your online form.

Decision Making: Once online application form is reviewed, our customer relation executive will contact you and brief you on franchise module.

Virtual interview: Prior our survey team visit you we would like to connect you virtually to know more about you, how passionate and committed you are.

Site Survey: Once you’re done with virtual interview and application is reviewed, our survey manager will visit your city to give you helping hand in selecting the right location for your store. He will also brief you about company criteria.

Store Design After finalizing the site, our designing team will start erecting your store according to company standards. Our designer will visit your store prepare store design according to your store. Assistant designer will stay back and will make sure store design is being done according to plan till site is completed.

Meeting the Team: Prior opening the new store together it is important to meet personally, for 3 days training program we conduct at your facility o our product SOPs and tore operations

Agreement Signing: We will brief you on store operations and SOPs then sign franchise agreement, then you are proud owner of Chhotu Kolhapuri franchise.

Store Opening: Our training team will help you in inauguration of store and take you through daily store operations with help of on job training. Our training team will train your worker according to our designed training program which last for 10 -12 days, they will make sure your workers are fully aware of all products SOPs and store operations.
